Today's Workout

I needed a day off from running so i did a 40 min. yoga class

This challenging one hour PranaVayu class has been specifically formatted to help you lose weight. To accomplish this, we incorporate sun salutations to get your heart pumping faster, a standing pose set designed for lower body toning, and connecting vinyasas to help you build upper body strength while you burn calories. This practice also includes a 15 minutes guided relaxation meditation to help you reduce post practice muscular soreness. For optimal effect, practice this sequence every other day for three weeks.

I found it to be very challenging .

I always feel better after a yoga session.
