Over the past week i've been think about what i should do next. I've been on Weight Watchers for almost 5 months and it's been great. It has helped me keep stay sane and not go to that obsessive place i go to with my food and exercise. So the past few days i was thinking of trying something different..then it hit me..what was i doing..the same thing i always do...jump from plan to plan instead of staying with what i know works. So i'm staying with my Weight Watchers plan and meetings. That was a close one...lol

3-1/2 cup brown rice,tuna patty(3ozs tuna,1 egg white,seasoning)small salad
4-yogurt,apple
5-flank steak,sweet potato,green beans,small salad
