My Plan

Well i did it. I made Lifetime at Weight Watchers. My plan now is to incorporate what i have learned from them into my workout plan. I also plan to journal here everyday to keep myself accountable. I was going to start my old journal back up at either the  Oxygen Magazine site or Bodybuilding .com but decided agaist it because i don't want to go back to that obsessive place i use to be. Journaling here is much safer for me. I won't get drawn into whatever the new plan of the day is..

So the plan is to keep my calories between 1200-1400 a day. Do cardio 6 days a week..either running or something on my Wii and to lift 4-5 days a week.

I'll be back later with my meals and workout :)
