Well my weight was up a 0.5 pound today but that's ok. This morning was 121.4. I can be anywhere from 121-123. So i have 5 more weeks to go before i'm a Lifetime member.
No running for me today. Now i run 5 days a week and take two days off. One of the days i just lift and the other day is a complete day off. I can remember back a few months ago when this would have killed me. I plan on lifting and doing some yoga this afternoon. I found a couple of great podcast on iTunes for free. Yoga is really helping my midsection and lower back. For some reason i seem to hold weight there. I now can see ab muscles. Wouldn't you know it...just in time for winter.
I also have stayed far away from the evil candy corn. My downfall from last year. I remember it so well..i think by this time last year i was already up to two bags of chocolate candy corn a week. It was sad.
Well Muffin is sitting here giving me that you better take me out NOW look...
