The Holiday's.......The Candy...Oh My

So this is the time of year again. The time i dread..the time where all my hard work for the past year seems to fly out the window. From Halloween to Valentines Day all of my fave candy is out. From the candy corn ..and yes now they even have new flavors..to the candy hearts..i'm hooked. As long as i don't have that first piece i'm fine...but if i do it's over. This happens every year by February i have gone from the 120 i am now to 160..then it takes me from then until about May to lose it again. I so want this year to be different. I want to be the same weight or lower on my birthday which is New Years Day. So i have made myself these promises..

1- Journal Daily(e-tools)
2- Stay in my points range
3- Go to my meetings every week
4- Workout 6 days a week
5- No Halloween Candy..period( Jelly beans and candy corn are evil...lol)
6- Buy something non food related as a reward every week.
