Something New

I plan on trying something new today. I always run in the morning. Just one run a day. I see people at the Runners World site talking about how they split up their runs . One in the morning and one in the afternoon or evening. I'm trying to get these last few pounds off so i thought this might be a good way. Besides i miss running at Winthrop Lake and Cherry Park. Since i moved to Fort Mill i really have not been back much and i miss it.
It was another cool morning run. I couldn't believe it was 62* this morning. It was a wonderful three mile run.
So here is today's plan

Running-AM

Stretching-10 minutes

Meals
M1- Before Run-Banana
M2-After Run-40g oats,2 egg whites,cinnamon,coffee
M3-164g potato,2cups romaine,2ozs grilled chicken,tomatoes,peppers,1tsp olive oil,spices
M4-Tortilla Wrap-1 low carb tortilla,3ozs tuna,honey mustaed,spices
M5-After Run-6ozs grilled chicken,2cups romaine,1cup broccoli,1tsp olive oil,1tsp flaxseed

Ok..i guess that about covers it...i'll be back later to update my afternoon run
