I've been feeling good about where i am in life lately. I guess by the time you are forty-three you should be.
I have finally got my head together where my diet and training are concerned.
I know just what i need to eat and how i should train.
I plan on running 6 days a week from 4-7 miles a day and weight train 4 -5 days a week doing an upper/lower body split with one day of core training. I still love doing My Fitness Coach on my Wii..i guess i'll do that a little also.

Steve told me tonight he has to go to Japan for a week in November. I might go with him this time..ok..who am i kidding...i'm scared to death of flying...I guess i'll plan on doing some major shopping...lol..or a lot of reading.
