Better late than never...lol..had a busy morning. I have finally got everything done and can focus on what really important my online time.

Yes once again i'm trying something new M,W,F- i'll do legs,back,bi and lower abs- T,Th,S- i'll be doing chest,shoulders,tri's and abs

Monday i will start my new diet where i'll be doing 11x my body weight instead of x15.
It will be a change but this will help me lose some body fat .
