What a wonderful morning for a run. It was 64* and raining..my kind of weather. I love to run in the rain...when it's warm. It's so nice to get out early(5 am) before most people are even out of bed. It's like you have the whole world to yourself.

I might do some yoga later today. I'm really feeling my abs from yesterday's workout. I know it was the doulble leg drop i did with my 8# medicine ball.

After two sets of ten you want to die..or atleast i did.
My total running for the week was 44 miles. Thats the most i've done in awhile.
