Well i must say i'm proud of myself. I wrote out my food plan and followed eat. I thnk planning my cheat meal into my macro's helped me not feel the way i use to feel on my cheat day. See the problem i use to have was i'd end up thinking WTF i'm already going to be eating this meal so why not have this....but since i had it all figured out i knew that if i had anything more my macro's would be off. So i think that i'l always plan out my cheat meals like that..

Today's run was nice. I was out at 4:55am. It wasn't as cool as yesterday but it is June. I need to download some new music today. I'm one of those people who can't run without tunes...i know the "real runners" hate people like me...lol
