Well i slept in today and felt kind of off most of the day. I guess once your body get use to getting up at a certain time you just can't shake it.
So i took the day off from running and lifting but i did do 33 minutes of yoga. Like i have said before i have to do something everyday or i feel like a slug.
I'll be back out at 5am for my run in the morning.
Hope you all had a wonderful Father's Day weekend and if you are lucky enough to have a loving dad be sure and let him know how much you love him and everything he does for you....some of us are not that lucky.
