Yes it's Monday and once again i feel like a big fat pig...lol..don't know why...i just do..maybe the fact that i stepped on the scale and it said 135 might have something to do with it ...anyway so i try and not let it bother me it's just a number right..i know what i have to do...it's just getting myself into the mindset to do it..anyway...so goes the voices in my head...

Vanessa, I am so in the same boat as you. I went to my doctor last week for a check up on my hip. It had been giving me problems. He commented that I looked like I'd slimmed down a lot and then bet that I'd lost all kinds of weight since my last visit a year ago. So I get on their scale and I was a full pound heavier than the last visit! He's a marathoner and said, "You're in good shape, but you know you could be faster in your races if you lost about 5 or 6 pounds." Thank God I genuinely like my doctor, or I woulda socked him! Anyway, he's right. I'm weighing in at 136 these days, even though I'm wearing a size 4, or even Junior sized clothing. My stomach is flatter and my arms are leaner. My legs are stronger and so is my back, but I can't shake those last 5-6 pounds! Ugh, it's frustrating. But I also know what I have to do, I just don't have the willpower right now.
