Ok...i was bad..i weighed myself this morning...i know i said i wouldn't during these two weeks but i couldn't take it..i just knew i had lost weight by the way my pants were fitting and i was right..in just the five days i've been doing this i've gone from 135 to 131. Needless to say this is just the motivation i needed to keep me on track this weekend Who would have thought by upping my calories i'd lose weight..i was also good again last night ...no candy again. Just my tea which i have to tell you is a lifesaver.
