Being fit takes a lot of work and not just time in the gym. I'm talking about all the time you spend preparing your food. I just spent the last half hour getting all my food ready for the day. I don't know what i would do without my digital food scale. It's a lifesaver.

I signed up for my 4 mile race on July 14th..the heat will be a killer by then..thankfully the race starts at 8am..I'm not as big into the races as i use to be. A few years ago i was doing about 10-12..now i think i do about 5-6. I always do these two in July. I do the Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving..if i could only run one race a year this would be the one..I do a 10k in the beginning of November..oh yeah and the Hunger Run in Febuary and Springfest in April.. I didn't get to do Springfest this year because we were moving and it was that weekend...so next year i'll be back in that one.Well i'm off to check out journals and then lift...You all have a wonderful day
