Hi Everyone

Staying on plan so far today. I'm very proud of myself....the weekends are killer for me..for some reason i just want to eat everything in sight :)

I hope your weekend wasn't as hard as you thought it'd be, and that your 4th of July was even better!

I've been watching what I eat much better, and I've actually dropped 2 lbs. But I have to really be careful or they creep back up so fast!
