Ok..i'm going to seriously have to reconcider my fasted cardio. I was only about 3 mile into my 5 mile run this morning and i felt give out. I might pick up some Sports Beans or some kind of gel to take before my run.It was very foggy this morning too so i really had to watch out running in my neighborhood. Lucky not that many people are out at 5am.
