I know...i've been bad..i have not checked in for awhile. I have been doing good though..
I did an 8.11 mile run today and yoga this afternoon. That's something i plan on keep up. My hamstrings have been tight lately and i don't want to hurt myself again. I'm also going back to my 2-3 days a week of total body lifting. I want to go a bit easier on my legs. Maybe do more core work on my Bosu. I also want to start adding more weekly mileage.
