Today is lower body weights. I have decided to redo my workout..

Monday
5 mile run
Lower body weights

Tuesday
5 mile run
Upper Body weights

Wednesday
5 mile run
Core Training

Thursday
5 mile run
Lower body weights

Friday
5 mile run
Upper body weights

Saturday
5-7 mile run
Either another core day or legs

Sunday
Off

My weight is at 134 so i'm going to start a low carb/high protein with one refeed day

You inspire me and scare me at the same time. You embody health and fitness and making major life changes--yet you also demonstrate that it is DAMN HARD WORK. There is no "easy way" to do this. Advice? Thoughts? Inspirations?
