Wow..i'm late getting in here today. Needed to go by the store and pick up a few things that turn into a lot of things. You know how that is...I was a bit upset this morning to see that i had gained half a pound...then 20 minutes later my period started...so i guess that explain that...so i guess i should be "Happy"....lol...like the commericals say..dumbass...anyway..had a great run...my Yanks finally came..they are shoestrings for my running shoes that you don't have to tie.I seem to always have to stop 2-3 times every run to redo my shoes :(

I like goal #6 for today! And I agree about your comment regarding your weight! You're doing all you can V, sometimes you gotta just throw up your hands and say, "Oh well!" Good for you! ENJOY your weekend.
