I've been a very bad girl..i don't know what's wrong with me but i've been on a downward spiral with my eating the past few days and the scales are showing it...then today when i log onto Runner World i see that Red has started this weight loss game..it could not have come at a better time..so i signed up..
Here's my running for the past few days
Feb 3-8.73 miles
Feb 4-10.02 miles
Feb 5-5.23 miles/weights
Feb 6-off
Feb 7- 6.06 miles
Today
6 miles/weights later..
So anyway i have to admit that earlier today i had a bad of jelly beans :(..but that's it...i'm on the wagon now :)
