Hi Everyone,
Have not been around the last few day..basically because i have not been running. It's been some week. I ran on Monday..then Tuesday my puppy hurt her foot so i was at the vet most of the day..Wednesday is my grocery..shopping day...it snowed..iced..on thursday and i had to drive my hubby to work and get the oil changed in my car so there went today...jeez...anway i have still been lifting and doing some core workouts..tomorrow i'm back out running no matter what :)

Cardio Pilates-50 minutes
Afternoon-Weights
Squats-3x10
Step ups-3x10
Lunges-3x8
Deadlifts-3x10
Barbell Rows-4x10
Shoulder Press-4x10
Bent over Rows-4x10
