Lets Try Again

I am so bad at keeping a blog but lets try one more time shall we..
I guess the main reason i don't keep a blog is i figure what's the use who will read it and then it hit me..the blog is for me. So i can look back and see my progress..


For the past year i have been struggling with my weight. I was with Weight  Watchers for the past two years . I made Lifetime which for me is 121. I gained back to 140 but have since lost back down to 132.


So i have my game plan..running 3-5 miles 5 days a week and lifting 4 days a week.
My calories will be between 1300-1500 a day.


Today's workout was 3.06 miles
