I had a nice run this morning again. It feels great now to run. I funny how a few pounds makes all the difference.
I really can't say enough about how Weight Watchers has helped me get me head straight about food. I use to see food or certain food groups as the enemy. They would be off limits to me so it would be all i would think about...now i have what i want to have..banana..apples..i know that seems silly to some but on some of the plans i use to do you couldn't have fruit..or carbs..it was so silly to think i use to live like that..i feel so much better and in control now...
