OMG.......

Looking back over my journals from past years i have noticed a trend. I tend to start gaining weight around Halloween and by my birthday..New Years Day i'm back at 140. Then by March i'm back in the 120's.
I can see a change in me because i know that this weight is just a temp thing and i will lose it. Last year i would have freaked and went running to Weight Watchers or started some new program. I now know that if i just stop the candy eating everyday i will be fine.
So with that being said he is today's plan
