Hello ..
Hope you are all having a nice day. I've been cleaning and doing some online Christmas shopping today. Ok..i'll tell you all one of the gifts i'm getting this Christmas but don't laugh..it's a Nintendo DS Lite..yes i'm going into my second childhood..really it's my first..you all know about my family...they didn't do Christmas...at all..so growing up the only games i ever played were at my friends houses..so i'm getting that and a few games.. Brain Age 2..which you all know i can uses..lol. Nintendog Chihuahua and Friends and Let's Yoga.
I bought Brittany a Nintendo DS also..she will love it.
Now onto the workouts and diet. I am very proud of myself. No binging,weighing my food or myself...i'm working out and feeling great. I can't believe all the pressure i was putting on myself..no wonder i was such a basket case. I get up each morning and look foward to the day. If i get my workout in..great..if not..there is always tomorrow. My diet is what i'm most happiest about...i eat when i'm hungry and what i want to eat. I'm still eating clean and healthy but it's the food i want to eat..i still can't bring myself to eat starchy carbs after 3pm...lol..oh well some habits die hard..
