I was up bright and early today. I don't know if it because i'm getting older or what but i seem to wake up about 3:30 everyday now. I tried last week when this started to go back to sleep but it doesn't work so i just get up and workout. I go to bed at 10pm so i guess i'm getting enough sleep
I had a great run today after i lifted. It was a little warmer than yesterday..about 55*. I ran 3.34 miles. My 5k Pumpkin Run is coming up on the 25th. It's one of my fave races. Then on the 15th of November i have a 10k..then my last race of the year is the 8k Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving. So i usually run 3-4 miles Monday-Friday and 6-7 on Saturday.
My weight training has changed a bit. No more paying for workouts. I found this one on www.stumptous.com
