9/3- Today's Run
I had a wonderful run today. I ran 10.21 miles. I can't remember the last time i ran ten miles but i know it has been a long time. I just felt great today...the weather was wonderful...cool 64*..so i went for it. I'm hoping to be able to do one long run a week on Saturday from now on.
