Yes...once again it has been awhile since i have posted...here's the update...

Well back to the drawing board as they say...i'm once again upping my calories. In the beginning of July i did two weeks at maintenance and lost almost 6 pounds. Then after that i went on a fat loss plan that dropped my calories back down to around 1500. Since then i have lost no weight. So i'm going back to my maintenance plan of 2000 calories a day. It's a bit scary eatting this much but i know my body needs it with all the running i do..

I hope this gets me back on track..

Another thing...I watched this show last night called Fat March..i really didn't like it...they took i think it was 10-12 very overweight people and they have to walk i think it's from Boston to Washington DC..one guy had to go to the hospital and another on had stress fractures in his feet. The show is about weight loss but to me this isn't very healthy looking...i mean these people look like they have never worked out and they are walking i think 8-13 miles a day and they have to sleep outside in tents..i won't be watching it again...it was painful..
