Getting Started

Ok..i'm ready to start. This is day one. My weight is at 133.5
Today's game plan is

Cardio
6.11 mile run

Weights
Off

Yoga
30 mins

Calories
1500-1600

I'm toying with the idea of starting back at Weight Watchers
I did this awhile back when i weighed 220 and it helped me a lot.

Hope you did okay yesterday. Don't be too hard on yourself. Are you sure you haven't already reached your ideal weight?
