Well i did it..i started Weight Watchers and it was a shock. My weight is at 138.6...OMG...how did that happen. I know how it happened...all the jelly beans and bagels...oh sweets and bread...my downfall..
Anyway...so here's how today has played out..
Cardio
Ran 6.14 miles today
Stretching
10 mins
Yoga
20 mins..
