Finally a morning with temps in the low 70's. I can not wait for fall to get here. The humidity is killing me.
After having my Garmin for over a year i download SportsTracks and i love it. It's cool to see the route you run.
Ok so here is my plan for today
Cardio
7.10 mile run
Stretching
10 mins
Weights
Full Body
Meals
I'm once again trying to workout a meal plan i can live with :)

Hey woman! Your blog's look has changed since I last checked in. (I've been ill.) Very cheery--like it.
My meal plan has been lots of Otter pops this week for a sore throat, and not much else. I've discovered these Danactive drinkable immune system yogurty things, though, and I'm counting on them to restore all the healthy bacteria that are being savaged by my dinner-roll-sized Augmentin pills. (TMI, I know.)
Anyway, good to see that you are still truckin'. You are, as always, an inspiration.
Hi, saw your post and responded to it on RW. I think the Garmin Training Center software is more accurate than Sporttrack. I use both of them. But, I trust the graphing and numbers on GTC more. I believe each takes data from your garmin, but at different intervals. For instance, the GTC software might take it every 100 yards and ST might take it every 300 yards. Therefore, GTC will be much more accurate. You'll notice the graphs are more spikey on GTC, because of this. Hope this helps.
Hey, found your blog through the Happy Feet post on RW. Thought I'd say Hi!
