Did really want to lift but made myself..I'm glad i did i felt better afterwards.

I had a nice run this morning. It was a bit humid but the wind was blowing so it wasn't to bad. Ran though the sprinklers at the front of the neighborhood...lol..it's ok...at 5am i'm the only one out :)
