Temptation..it's everywhere but i'm learning how to say NO and mean it..Last night Steve had pasta for dinner and i had fish..well there was some pasta left over and he asked did i want any with my fish..i said no because it wasn't in my plan for the day ..then last night we were watch The Green Mile..one of my Fave movies and the Rescue Me..he made popcorn...would you like some he asked... No thank you..i had my coco and was happy. I have found that if i have my hot tea or coco i'm ok at night and also reading helps to..i just have to be drinking or doing something to help me not focus on the food.So it's Day 4...Here is the Plan for the day
