Ok...today has been a bad day for me. I knew when i got up this morning. I was feeling down and it just got worse as the day went on. So as you know my eating suffered. Today so far i have had oats for breakfast,bag of Twizzlers and some rice cakes for lunch..dinner i will have some salmon, broccoli and a salad...but that all i will have had that was any good. I did join the weight loss group on Runner's World so i'm hoping that will help me..i know tomorrow will be a better day.

I had a really blah day last week, and it was hard to shake. But I just forced myself to go through my daily motions and then it all turned out all right. I'm glad you're feeling better now too. Hope you're having a good weekend.
