Stability Ball Hamstring Curl-These look easy but are not..as i soon found out

Ballet Squat 20#

Stability Ball Plank
3x40 seconds

Circuit 3
Bosu Squat 8# medicine ball

Russian Twist on stability ball 8# ball

Frogs on Bosu
2x10
Stability Ball Back Ex
