Well taking yesterday off made my body feel better but mentally it sucked. I don't know why but on days i don't workout i always feel kind of low..you know a bit depressed by the end of the day. Maybe i can do some yoga next time. Anyway today after a bit of a slow start i'm feeling better. I had a nice Mother's Day. My daughter took me out for a big milkshake..ooohhh it was Reese's Peanut Cup it was so good but today i'm back on track. You know you have to let yourself have a little fun sometime. That's something i'm working on. Not being so anal about my food. It's ok to have treat once and awhile..it won't kill me.
