Feeling a lot better today. More in control. I've decided to only eat when i'm hungry not because it's a certain time of the day. Two years ago i started weight lifting and going to Bodybuilding.com website where people keep journals. I started chatting with a few ladies there and kind of adopted their eating habits..like eating every two hours..the carb/fat/protein ratio's. I became very anal about my food..what i ate/the time..to the point of i wouldn't even go out and eat with my friends or Steve because the place didn't fit into my plan for the day. So starting today i'm going to try and let some of that go. I want to have a normal relationship with food and not let it control my every thought. I know this will take time and old habits die hard. But i'm going to try. I think i should still keep a food journal. What do you all think..
Today's Run
5 miles in 51 minutes
Weights
Will do a full body workout later

Keeping a food journal I believe is a good thing. However, it could also lead to stress especially if you're counting calories because they so easily add up.
Anyways, enjoy your week and your life!!!
Vanessa, I think your decision to let that rigidity go is a very wise one. Life is too short to let something like food control your every waking moment. Better to let running control it. ;) Just kidding! I have a feeling this more relaxed effort will help you succeed at much more in life than just good eating habits. Keep up the great work V!
