Well today as usual i started out with my usual good intentions. I went for my 5 mile run. It was nice and cool. Then i came home and had my first meal my oats at 7am..then at 9:30 i had my 2nd meal oats again..yes i love them...lol..then i had lunch..a big salad with chicken,onions,mushrooms and low fat dressing..then i had a turkey sandwich with mayo and chips(i think of this as a bad meal) instead of the cottage cheese and apple i should have had..then for dinner i'll have salmon,broccoli and a salad.
I'm trying to be happy at a size 6..i weigh 132 pounds and i'm 5'2. This time last year i weighed 123. I just want to be happy with me. Sometimes i just don't think i can be.
