I'm a bit late posting in my journal today. I've spent most of the morning cleaning and updating the music on my ipod. Every Friday the podcast that i love to run to updates ..i need new music to run too.. I love this guy

Anyway...i was up at 5am for my run this moring.. and i just finished working out my meals for the day. I'm on track so far and i'm about to finish my 3rd 30ozs of water...good thing i'm at home all day :)
