Well last week was ok..i didn't log that many miles..just 20.5..but my weight has gone down a bit..atleast i can get back into my size 4 jeans again.
I did a 7 mile run on Sunday and a 5 mile run today. I plan on running Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday morning. We are moving on Friday so i will not be running that day. I hope to get to run in my new neighborhood this weekend but i'll see how i feel after the move. You all take care
