Good Morning
Just wanted to check in before my run..had a great day yesterday..stayed on plan..got my workouts all in and stayed on my eating plan..tomorrow i'll weigh myself for the first time in two weeks..i already know i'll be about 133 just from the way my clothes fit...meaning i'm wearing my size 6 jeans not the 4...lol..well off for my run..you all have a great day.
