Today's Meals

M1-Before Run
60g oats,1 egg white,50g bluberries,1/2 scoop protein,1tsp flaxseed

M2- After Run
40g oats,1 egg white,1tsp instant coffee,1/2 scoop protein

M3
5 cups romaine lettuce,3ozs tuna,2tbsp low fat dressing,1tsp flaxseed,mushrooms,onions

M4
1/2 cup cottage cheese,4 egg whites,50g blueberries

M5-After weights
Protein Shake

M6
6ozs grilled salmon,2 cups romaine lettuce,2 cups broccoli,mushrooms,onions,1tbsp low fat dressing,flaxseed

M7- Before Bed
1/2 cup cottage cheese,50g blueberries

Pro-162-i'm worried this might be a bit high
