Explain how one does "wall squats". Is that where you slide down the wall to a sitting position? And do you do this with weights?

Yes that's how i do it..i don't use weights yet. I started doing the workout in The Abs Diet that i started reading about a week ago..when i first saw it i thought oh that will be easy...yeah right...they kill..lol
