Hope you all had a nice eveming. I got to bed later than usual so i'm kind of dragging this morning. I've had about 3 cups of coffee so i'm feeling better

so far i've just been listing what i do eat, but i'll try your technique -- writing down how i feel when eating/wanting to eat. thanks for the tip. :)
I agree with you about writing down/listing wahat to eat. It makes me aware of what I put in my body.
