Jan.10

Good Morning ,
Well finally the scale is going in the right direction. I'm down two pounds this morning. Last weekend i had a sugar free for all...lol..i was in jelly bean heaven :). My sweet tooth is my down fall and it always will be. I have a weight that if i hit it it's time to start watching what i eat and that weight is anything over 130. I think it's a good idea to have a weight that is your personal stopping point. Atleast for me anyway.

3-Salad,mushrooms,onion,tuna,broccol

5-Chicken breast,broccoli,salad,mushrooms,onion
6-Cottage Cheese, Blueberries
