Jan.08

Hope you all had a nice weekend...you know me..i'm glad it's over...lol. Everyone is back at school and work ..I have the house to myself...nice and quiet :)

Now on to my workout..yesterday i ran 7.36 miles and today is my off day...belive me after my 10 mile run on Saturday and my run yesterday i need it. I have decided to change up my workouts a bit. I need to work on my core muscles more so i'm gointg to start running in my nieghborhood during the week so every morning i'll do yoga or pilates the i'll run 5-6 miles and do weights in the afternoon 2-3 days a week. On the weekends i'll go to the park and do my long runs. I'm hoping this will help me get my abs in shape.Now i'm off to do my meals :)
