Jan.05

Rain...Rain...Rain..What a lovely day. I guess i shouldn't complain it is 65* in January but it make it hard to dress for my runs now. I had to pull out some of my summer stuff.Anyway i did very good yesterday with my eating and i drank 130ozs of water.

I decided not to weigh myself. I got up in a bad mood and didn't want to make it worse.

Hey there! Was wondering if you're eating on the Zone diet principles? I'm trying to eat clean like you and it looks similar to the Zone way of eating. You're working hard at your fitness. Way to go!!!

Hi,
No i really don't follow any kind of diet plan..i started eating like this when i started lifting about two years ago. Some days are better than others..i have a real bad sweet tooth

I'm so impressed at your eating habits and how well your tracking it. I think I would starve to death if I ate as good as you!
