I have had a lot of injuries the past few months. I know it is because my body is not as limber as it use to be.. So today i sign up at My Yoga Online. It seemed like a great deal you get unlimited access to all the classes for 9.99 a month. I know this is something i need to do daily. I tried their free class and a few on YouTube and i felt so much better after i was finished.
Also i plan on logging in here daily too. I need a place where i can just write my feelings and thoughts for the day. It does not matter if i am the only one that reads it..it helps just to get it all out..
This morning i was feeling a little low so i hopped on the treadmill and walk/ran for 3 miles. It helped ..
This afternoon i plan on one hour of yoga..
