Day 1~~~ Back on Plan

Today's Plan

Ok..i needed to do something different since i have been doing the same workout for about two months.
So this morning i'm lifting and i'll do intervals on the treadmill this afternoon.
I'm still working on my meals for today

DB/SB Chest Fly
DB Rows
Push ups


Lateral Raises
DB/SB Chest Press
DB Rear Fly

Lateral Touch Lunge   x10
Plank Shoulder Touch  x40
Squats Jacks   x10

40g oats,1 egg white,cinnamon
M2
4 egg whites,apple
M3
4c romaine,3.50 ozs chicken,1 egg white,broccoli,1tsp olive oil,vinegar
M4
Tuna patty-3ozs tuna,2 egg whites,romaine
M5
4ozs steak,romaine,broccoli,dressing
