For some reason i was so sore yesterday. I really don't understand this. The only thing i did different was switch my running to the treadmill and add some hills and side shuffles. I also changed my lifting but it wasn't anything i have not done before. My inner thighs and hamstings are still borthering me a little so i have not decided yet if i will take another day off. I know i should...I have such a problem with off days. I'll take one...but two in a row...that never happens.
I guess that could be my whole problem right there..huh. Maybe my Christmas present to myself will be a few days off. I think my body will thank me.
